If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

- We do not accept refunds for correctly delivered or accurately described products.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
